COORDINATION OF WORK OF SUBCONTRACTORS AND OWN SERVICE IN IMPLEMENTATION AND MAINTENANCE OF ENERGY INFRASTRUCTURE

Why?

 

Complicated energy projects for individual, commercial and industrial customers require the coordination of the work of many teams - including subcontractors. Supervising the work of specialized teams and managing the work progress, schedule and project budget is a challenge. Modern solutions such as Luceos Smart Service Management ensure planning and coordination of the work of dispersed teams in real time.

In order to ensure efficient and effective coordination of work, it was decided to implement a full set of applications from the Luceos Smart Service Management family, in particular:

  • The main Luceos Smart Portal for project managers and coordinators

  • Partner Portal - a system intended for the management and project managers of subcontractors

  • Client Portal - a system intended for clients - current and potential - thanks to which they have continuous access to up-to-date information on the preparation and then implementation of the investment.

  • Mobile application - a dedicated mobile application intended for field employees, including subcontractors, responsible for providing information on orders placed, work progress, materials used, working time and electronic documentation transferred to and from field teams.

The implementation of the Luceos Smart system allowed for much more effective and flexible planning and implementation of energy projects throughout the region.
