Why?
Complicated energy projects for individual, commercial and industrial customers require the coordination of the work of many teams - including subcontractors. Supervising the work of specialized teams and managing the work progress, schedule and project budget is a challenge. Modern solutions such as Luceos Smart Service Management ensure planning and coordination of the work of dispersed teams in real time.
