Why?

The lack of efficient communication between the operators of production equipment and the SUR team in the conditions of large, extensive production halls results in an extended response time to a failure and in cases of incorrect task prioritization.

Device operators received a mobile application supporting the notification registration process for SUR using geolocation, a barcode scanner and the ability to attach photos. Managers of production departments and the SUR team received a website that allows them to keep track of work on requests and orders and make optimal decisions.

SUR orders are processed through the Luceos Smart mobile application. The system additionally records the current readings of the machines and, based on them, plans periodic inspections and other works.

Electronic communication using mobile applications and portals has improved the exchange of information between teams. Real-time process control made it possible to make better decisions and reports allowed for a detailed analysis of the causes of failures and the implementation of further improvements.
